This must have been written for young high school students--and poorly written at that. Besides errors of fact, I found the author's references to "Khan" to be very annoying (that was a title, not his name). And while an strong argument can be made for the Mongol Empire being a critical factor in the emergence of the early-modern world, the author's "argument" is so superficial that it doesn't succeed in making it.Product details

Somewhat historically informative.
Well written and interesting book about Genghis Khan I enjoyed reading this.
I learned some very interesting information about agent his Khan and Mongol Dynasty. I would recommend for a light informative read.
Accurate history well documented
Great presentation
I liked it but didn't love it. Much of it wasn't about Genghis but about the history of the period. The man's life and career are astonishing but like others (such as Alexander), he didn't make plans for his successor.
Unreadable dreck, written in a amateurish manner that makes the content irrelevant. Do not waste a nickel on this. Shame on for offering this for sale and shame on me for buying it. And now. Have to post twenty more words about this piece of crap before it will let me post
